1. Croissant dough bread machine description

To produce croissants we need by the machine : First prepare the croissants dough by dough sheeters or automatic laminating line; Second, put the dough to freezing room by worker or automatically finished on the line; Third, take out the frozen dough manually or conveyoed qutomatically on the line to the croissants making-up / forming line; Next, croissants can be proofed in the trays or proofed on the line automatically; Then proofed croissants will be baked in the separate rotary oven or industrical tunnel oven; Fianlly, Croissants after cooling wil be packed into bags as marketing plans of business.
