ZNJ650 is very compact croissant make up line while with high capacity , feed by ready pastry roll , after sheeting with a calibrator , the dough will go to forming machines , the line can make croissant with different shape and size , such as straight croissant , bend croissant , mini croissant etc. croissant per weight between 25gr~80gr ; by connect with pastry lamination line and auto. freezer , the line can be updated to full auto. line ;
