Feature of Rotary Offset Printing Machine
1. Heavy duty mechanism structure. Cast iron pedestal, frame and cylinder. Good intension and tenacity ensure high stability and good printing impression.
2. Plate cylinder and blanket cylinder go through with bearer, running stably, ensuring qualified printing image.
3. Plate adjustment function in vertical, lateral and inclinded direction. The minimum adjustment is based on 0.01mm, saving auxiliary adjustment time.
4. Semi-automiatic plate loader and tightening equipment, make the plate loading more easy and convenient, shorten plate changing time, improving working efficiency.
5. Alcohol dampening solution, continuous water feed, insuring water balance during printing.
6. Automatic water volume tracking device, the water volume could be changed according to the running speed of of the machine after the water volume fixed.
7. Original imported register detecting system with automatic plateadjustment fuction, makes accurate register
8. Automatic roll unwinding tension control system makes constant tension control system with automatic plate adjustment function, makes accurate register.
9. Shaftless transmission system: Every printing unit is transmitted by independent servo motor to ensure accurate registration precision during high speed operation.
10. PLC control, independent touch screen in each printing unit and powerful human-computer dialogue system, make machine operation more simple and convenient. The touch screen on the main control panel indicates immediate faulty signals.
11. Paper tension is controlled by servo motor, which gives constant tension onto the paper and ensures high speed printing.

Printing unit features
1. The machine has Four plate ink rollers and closed-loop ink system. The diameter of the platen rollers is 67, 59, 53, 71.
2. Two floating type plate rollers are equipped as standard to effectively reduce ghosting.
