Description

Shaftless driving:

The machine adopts japanese servo system, and each unit is driven by independent servo motor, which provides guarantee for highaccuracy register during high speed running.

Three point suspension eccentric bearing with doublerow tapered roller structure:

rubber blanket cylinder is equipped with three-point suspension eccentric bearing with double-row tapered roller structure, which realizes reliable clutch operation and stable pressure; the forme cylinder and impressing cylinder are equipped with tapered roller bearings, completely eliminating the runout caused by gap between bearings.

High-strength patented Meehanite cast iron box-type base

High strength cast iron base provides reliable guarantee for high speed and high efficiency printing.

Full-pneumatic control clutch structure:

the full pneumatic control clutch and ink roller clutch are reliable and sensitive to operate and

can be adjusted left-and-right and up-and-down without stopping the machine,which makes over

printing more quickly and conveniently.

Continuous alcohol dampening system with auxiliary rolling bridge:

the machine is equipped with continuous alcohol dampening system with auxiliary rolling bridge to ensure that the printing products are colorful and clear in dots.

Register system:

Printing unit features
