Introduction:

Dispensing booth is a personnel safety and protection facility which shall control the polluted air emission through, the special filter unit to keep the operator or environment away from its hazards.It can provide an environment for powder weighing.package and dust spills control and to prevent dust inhalation and avoid cross-contamination fo dust.

Applications:

subdivision of powder of liquids, charging and offloading materials to reactors, fluid bed dryers, granulators, filter dryers, glass ware skids and so on.

2: HEPA/ULPA Gel-seal down flow filter are replaceable from within the booth. Gel-seal is more reliable than conventional gasket seals
3: Voltage-compensating blowers ensure stable air flow.
4: Magnehelic Gauges provide convenient and reliable means for monitoring gauges air flow and filter condition.
5: Containment performance verified according to the ISPE good practice guide, assessing the particulate containment performance of pharmaceutical equipment.

Factory test:

All of equipment is individually factory tested for safety and performance in accordance with international Standards. Each unit is shipped with a documentation outlining the tests undertaken and the units individual results for each unit.

-- functional test and visual inspection

-- purification rank test (if need)


Warranty:

Our equipment is warranty for 1 year excluding consumable parts and accessories.
All equipment is shipped with a comprehensive use’s manual complete with a report documenting all test procedures.
