Description:

WEEM 1128 1128 SIC SEGMENTED SANDING BLET is made from WEEM 1128 SIC Z-CLOTH ABRASIVE as sectional belt, or segmented belt. WEEM 1128 SIC ZCLOTH ABRASIVE offers an economical way to make segmented belts for the panel industry. Everything that required for the panel sanding, such as the right backing to sustain cross-direction strength, YY weight waterproof polyester backing is the best choice. It is a type of cloth backing provided both stiffness strength and tensile strength, the idea for sectional belt requirement—the antistatic treatment made on the backing to delay or prevent loading problems.

A careful selection of silicon carbide is selected. Silicon carbide is a tough and crystal structure that produces fine straight-edged grind lines. It is superior for its ability to penetrate with light cutting pressures. SiC is excellent for panel sanding, with a closed coated technique bond on the backing to ensure the grinding and durable needs. A closed coat product has a higher number of abrasive cutting points per square inch and results in a higher stock removal rate and a long time before the abrasive wears out. Usually results in a better finish.

Sectional belt or segmented belt is custom make to your order. For panel industrial, the belt size can be 1950mm x 2800mm, 2650mm x 3200mm to 2950mm x 3200mm, etc.
