Description:

This attachment provides a firm anchor for the suspension system wire to locate onto the ceiling. In the standard configuration, the attachment barrel is screwed onto the ceiling, and the suspension wire is threaded through the collar-locking nut, with the nipple at the end of the suspension wire locating into the collar, which is then screwed into the barrel.

Designed for use with cables between 1.2mm and 2mm diameter. Unscrew the threaded base and fit stop to the inside of the dome fitting. Stops can be fitted in our factory or on-site by using Crimp Tool. The base is tapped M6 to secure to surfaces.

These holders are designed to be used with 7x7 and 7x19 construction. They are NOT recommended for use with a 1x19 wire cable as the cable tends to slip.

Application:

• The steel cable is applied to lighting fixtures, it can adjustable in height and allows for the widest variety when suspending LED panels from ceilings.
• These adjustable sign hanger kits can also be used in art installations, in shop window displays as well as in industrial applications such as suspending safety signs.
• The ceiling suspension kit is easily fitted to a ceiling or underneath any horizontal surface, using the screw and plug kit provided (depending on the surface). You must ensure that the surface you are screwing into is capable of holding the weight of the item you are intending to hang.
• These various fittings and sets are also available as individual components - ideal for contractors such as builders, shopfitters, electricians, sign installation companies, or acoustic ceiling installers.

Materials & Finishes

Ceiling Attachments are made of nickel / Chrome-plated brass with a few exceptions.

Internal mechanisms are comprised of brass and stainless steel.

Satin-chromed and other finishes are available upon request.

How To Installation:

1: Insert the cable into Gripper hooks.
2: Pass cable through or around the anchor point.
3: Insert cable back into Looping Gripper.
ADJUSTMENT: Remove load from cable, depress plunger & adjust cable height.
Note: Gripper hook must maintain a minimum 500 distance from all suspended objects or support structures.
