1. Product description:

Electric heater cartridge is made of MgO powder or MgO tube, ceramic cap, resistance wire(NiCr2080),high temperature leads, seamless stainless steel sheath(304,321,316,800,840). Usually in tube form, that is used in heating applications by way of insertion into metal blocks via a series of drilled holes.

3. Heating element: high durance and high temperature NiCr2080 heating elements from Germany

4. Max working temperature: 400℃

5. Inside magnesium oxide insulation material: 99.99% high purity magnesium oxide

7. Less than 0.5mA leak under 1000V for 30 seconds

8. The range of the Total Length: 25mm----2500mm

9. Maximum power density: 40w/cm²

10. Unheated zone: 10mm at lead end and about 5mm at bottom

11. Lead options:

A: Solid Nickel Pin: wire 300℃ or 500℃

B: Swaged in wire: 500℃ wire coming from inside

4. Applications:
