High Pressure PU Machine Introduction
PU on-site foaming system is a new mechanical and electrical integration foaming equipment controlled by computer. It consists of pneumatic system, liquid pressurization system, electric heating system and muti-function control system, applied for two components(1:1) polyurethane on-site foaming.
High Pressure PU Machine Advantage Overview:
It can provide the positioning quickly for big products in very
short time. The full protection of buffer and space filled ensures
products get protected in transporting, warehousing, loading and
unloading.
High Pressure PU Machine Application:
1. Packaging: For various abnormal and fragile articles, such as

products, communication products, pump valves, pneumatic
transmitters, handicraft articles, ceramic utensils, glasses,
lighting products, bathing equipments,etc.
2. Heat preserving: Water fountain liner, portable electronic

equipments, thermal insulation, solar water heaters, freezers, etc.
3. Filling: all kinds of door industry, handicraft, articles,
flower mud and buoyancy barrels, etc.
