Part One: Features

1.All types of voltage, current, frequency, power, impedance, harmonic, differential and synchronism relays can be manually or automatically tested; space and Zero Sequence Protection devices can be checked with fixed value and the Distance test of the protection device can be carried on by simulating various types of faults; the digital microcomputer-based and digital transformer can been automatically scanned as well as the differential protection ratio restraint curve for the Generator Transformer set, with the GPS triggering function;

2.Reliability is ensured by its unique heat dissipation parts, with four high power exhaust fans in the instrument and installed temperature protector and measurer; these ensures excellent stability and reliability during heavy current and long time working. The current source itself already possesses the functions of open circuit protection and open circuit alarming; the voltage source has short circuit protection function, and chopped distortion detection as well as miss-wiring determining and alarming self-locking functions. It can perform dynamic monitoring of output waveform and display it.

3.Has isolated input contacts, compatible of idle contacts and electric potential contacts, which make various wiring connection ways possible.

7.Uses latest DSP and large scale programmable FPGA of American TI Company, with 1448-point waveform simulation, gearing the instrument with better transient response and frequency-amplitude characteristic. It's the first to have used 20bit serial port DA in China, which will further improve output precision.

Part Two: Software

1.KRT software of kit is windows based and operated through suitable Laptop PC. All control tasks and data acquisition, processing and recording of test results are performed by the operating software on laptop PC or controller. The software package provide the following functions with user friendly menu display.

2.KRT software is on window-base operating system (windows XP/Vista/Win7), mouse support and on-line help.

3.KRT software has Real-time communication with the protective test set, measured results are displayed online.

4.KRT software control the AC and DC outputs such that DC offset effect of AC outputs of varying degree and duration can be produced.

5.KRT software controls the harmonic contents (2nd to 20th) in the AC outputs and perform steady-state, dynamic and transient tests.

6.KRT software is versatile and easily customized by the users without knowledge of standard programming language.

7.KRT software is ramp at least 2 test signals simultaneously. Results is available in graphical and/or tabular format.

8.KRT software support including rated value, distance, differential, overcurrent, synchronizer, transformation and such protection fixed value and characteristic, also testing main parameters stencil database. Besides, it support import and export stencil file, which simplify user setting of different protection devices to makes operation more easily.

9.KRT software provide vector, wave, signal pictures and differential, impendence, overcurrent and so on, Abundant pictures reflect the current parameter setting and testing state directly; and also provide zoom,move,check point and more complex operation

10.KRT software support digital tester, compatible with IEC61850-9-1,IEC61850-9-2,IEC60044-7/8,Goose and more other protocol.
