Polyester Acoustic Panels are sound absorbing panels developed with environmental friendliness in mind. The panels are made from 100% polyester, 60% recycled fiber, and are 100% recyclable. Panels offer many environmental advantages and are a good alternative to a traditional fabric wrapped fiberglass panel.

Polyester offers sound absorption ratings that are completely comparable to fiberglass acoustical board. The core material is durable enough to withstand the force of a basket ball, yet may be pierced by a thumb tack for use as a tack board. The abuse resistant polyester is an excellent choice for use high traffic areas in athletic facilities, offices, schools, multipurpose rooms and just about anywhere.

Polyester Acoustic Panels are delivered as a finished, durable sheet ready to install. They may be easily cut to size on site for a custom fit or to create your own designs.

With excellent heat insulation property, they prevent thermal transmission between the inside and the outside of the door when they are used as walls or ceilings. Thus, they can help save as much as 35% of energy, extend life circle of air-conditioning, and maintain a comfortable and constant temperature environment.

As they are made of polyester fiber, which is a kind of fireproofing material, they have excellent fire fireproofing properties.

They are environmental friendly, as they do not release any toxic gases or gases that damage the ozone layer.

Installation:

The substrate surface should be smooth. If you need to do cavity installation, the substrate may be perforated or using wood . To enhance sound-absorbing effect, the cavity can also be filled with sound-absorbing cotton.

Special note: When the substrate is gypsum board, cement board, block board or calcium silicate board, the substrate joint must be sealed with cloth and joint sealant to avoid air leakage.

Polyester acoustic panel which is open cell structure can absorb the glue easily, spread the glue (single surface spread)only on the wall (pls spread more than usual).Use the grain nail to fasten the board.
