Description:

The polyester fiber soundproof panel is more safety, due to its excellent mechanical property and light weight. The material, not like such fragile materials as perforated plasterboard and fiber cement pressure plate, will not produce debris or fragments which may cause a danger of falling.

Polyester fiber acoustic panel is made of 100%polyester fiber. We use heat treatment method to realize diversified density and sound ventilation. Its texture is even, solid, elastic, tough, impact resistant, tear resistant, uneasy to be scratched, and large in size(9×1220×2440mm).It can absorb sound and preserve heat.

Feature:

Sound absorption property
Polyester fiber panel's sound absorption coefficient increases with the sound frequency. The sound absorption coefficient can reach 0.8~1.1. It is a sound deadening material of high performance.

Physical property
Polyester fiber panel is sound-absorbing, thermal-insulating, elastic, wear-resistant, impact-resistant, and hard to tear.

Security property
Thanks to its excellent physical property, polyester fiber acoustic panel has no risk of falling and hurting people. Tested by National Research Center of Testing Techniques for Building Materials, PET acoustic panel's formaldehyde release quantity is 0.1 and complies with the E1 grade requirements of GB18580-2001 standard.
