CAD drawing ---Prepare material ---Loft---Assemble---Descaling---Coarse Grinding---Sand blasting, Zinc spray---Door Adjust---Base paint--- Coats filler & Fine Grinding---Hand fauxing with baked on satin overcoat to protect finish- Face paint.

1. Door anti-rust surface treatment :

Entry door will be given hot-zinc spray, paint baking , The hot - zinc spray steel will provides the maximum in strength and corrosion protection available.

2. Door quality :

Material : Mild steel , (low carbon steel )

Tube size for Jamb : 150x50x2.0mm ( 12 GA ) , tube size for door is 100x50x2.0mm ;

Flower picket : 14x14 mm square iron / 16x16 mm square iron
