
Led Life Test System
Technical Requirement
1. LED lighting product’s aging rack and control system:
LED lighting product’s aging rack and control system consist of testing rack,on-site control system, remote monitoring system(see fig.1)which should have function to perform LED lighting product’s aging test,see below general requirement of the equipment:

2. According to customer’s requirements and the lab size,reasonably arrange the testing rack and testing power supply,see below technical requirements:
1). Luminaire and bulb which are compatible with lighting rack(10 sets of testing rack);
1. Mechanical Requirements of testing rack: size 2000(H)*1400(L)*800(W);4 layers /set,50 lights/layer;200 lights/rack,matching with E27 lamp holder downwards,bulb’s lighting working position is the inner side in front and back of the lamp plate;installation method of lamp holder is stationary type.The lamp holder can be adjusted upwards.
2. Electrical requirements of testing rack:lighting current of each bulb’s working position needs to have a carrying capacity of 45W/5A with voltage range of 12V~270V (independent circuit design with each bulb);it ensure that various products can be tested inside;an independent air switch is set with each 10 bulbs in each layer
2) 10 sets of testing rack;take layer as unit to perform switch test which should meet different standards of switch tests;
3) Power supply should be connected with variable frequency power supply in aging room;
4) Test of programmable automatic control light and switch test; to
judge whether the test has completed or according to whether it
reaches preset exceptional conditions,etc
5). Special controller:co-tust; electric relay:OMRON;
6). A set of Industrial Personal Computer and Monitor: Advantech
7). 6 electrical parameter high speed testing modules
measurement items:single-phase voltage(10-500V),single-phase current(0.01-5A),frequency(45-65)Hz,active/reactive power(U×I),active /reactive electric power(9999.9MW.h),power factor(0.2-1.0)

8). sample information and testing circumstance of each light like time that light turn on,times of turn on and off,number of lights that turn off,etc and testing circumstances of historically tested products.Tests of automatic control light,for example,service life test,switch test;to judge whether test has been complete like nominal life,life end in advance or base on preset abnormal conditions of life,etc.
Basic Requirements: tested product with power of 0.5W-30W; voltage:100V/120V/127V/230V/240V; visualized live display the state of lamp plate inside life lab(pause,operation and vacancy).Details as below:
Lab light info input: Sample No.,type,voltage,power,lamp plate combination
Photoelectricity parameter input:each batch of product can be imported in other format of data table after testing Photoelectricity parameters(for example,in terms of report no.,loading no.,operation no.,type no.,Lot no.,color temperature and product no.,etc;Should be imported via worksheet of life test or input by COPY;
Can check the state of tested lights via APP:light turn on or off,current power value of tester bulb,current testing time,time of light turning out;detailed out-of-service time of failure bulb,etc
Packaging: Technically,computer only save data in the recent two years;otherwise,take year as unit for package,which are saved to be read at any time.
Artificial Modification Function:
① if there is an error in inputting the sample information but the sample has been tested and its information needs to be modified,then authorized staff (set password to) log in to make it modified
② If there is an error in judging of light state caused by failure of sampling board but its saved information needs to be modified,then authorized staff (set password to) log in to make it modified
③ increase light holder,input raw information,authorized staff(set password to log in);
a) Take light holder displayed on screen as unit,real-time working status of each tested product;
b) automatically generate report :choose a report template as requested and have it modified
h) provide an APP in Phone:communicate with the APP in phone via WIFI on the spot or Ethernet
9). Data base and control system software:
9.1Electronic map:can clearly see the state of lamp plate inside life lab(pause,operation and vacancy);
9.2 Data base:include sample information and testing circumstance of each present batch of light like time that light turn on,times of turn on and off,number of lights that turn off,etc and testing circumstances of historically tested products
9.3 holder switch testing rhythm:
1. 30s on 30s off;
2. 120s on 120s off;
3. 60s on180s off;
4. 3h45min on 15min off (13500s on 900s off );
5. 11h45min on 15min off (43200s on 900s off );
6. often on and no rhythm;
7. 30s on,1s off ,15s on,2s off , continually cycle
Above general lighting rhythms switch over via parameter setting on the computer’s APP interfac
9.4 function key:
when the test pauses,it should prompt the reason and a recovery testing(continue to test)or light
to be taken off shelves(stop the test)or function key of system maintenance;
9.5Tip of the Day:logbook,relevant information of
performing,pausing and ending the test
9.7Testing rack: Lab uses large touch screen to control and display its test condition;power supply room uses to control and display its test condition
9.8 Data and exception handling:
1. automatically record datas and real-time refreshing;refreshing time can be set
2. Alert for abnormal circumstance
3. simple and friendly interface
4. It has expansibility which is convenient for subsequent increasing testing racks to expand testing channels

9.10 All related Information can be saved in the database and converted into a table and then printed.

3.1 Test software:PC software of electric light source test is used to perform an on-off test or other on electrical light,which take advantage of IPC and xkview software of Xiamen Xinke to monitor and calculate sample data of electric light source which are being tested.
