
ZKS900 dough sheeting line is a multifunctional line for either pastry product or bread dough band
sheeting, modular design enables the line to be configured freely for wide varioety product .

1 ) Spiral dough mixer is available , 200-300 kg capacity
2 ) Dough former extruding the dough band , sensor control and thickness adjustable
3 ) 2 sets of laminating devices , 3-144 layers available , amplitute adjustable
4 ) Every phase conveyor belt is equiped with quick release mechanism for quick cleaning.
5 ) The whole line is made of hygienic grade 304 stainless steel ,easy to clean .

7 ) World advanced technology fat pump , the size of fat extruding nozzle is adjustable .
8 ) Robust multirollers , 12 satellite rollers and one big roller , well thinning the dough band
9 ) The cutting hopper will cut the mixed dough into regular pieces ,normally 5 kg per piece.
