PS series flange 2-way piston normally open steam hot water solenoid valve

working principle

1. steam solenoid valve to direct action fractional pilot solenoid valve, which can be opened according to a power outage, different off-state can be divided into normally closed solenoid valve and a normally open solenoid valve.

2. The steam normally open solenoid valve, the coil is energized due to the suction effect, moving core down, the deputy pressure valve plug, vice valve is closed, the main valve cup pressure rises when the pressure rose to a certain value, the main differential pressure valve cup up and down, like the electromagnetic force, the moving core loss of the main valve cup, pressing the main valve seat, the valve closes. When the coil power, the electromagnetic force is zero, the Deputy valve plug and support the core due to the action of the spring Lift, vice valve is opened, the main valve cup is pushed up, the main valve is opened, the pressure medium flow utilization.
