Anti interference of plasma power supply

The main interference source of the plasma numerical control system is the power supply part. It usually adopts the high frequency ignition device is used to ignite the arc, high frequency transformer secondary side voltage up to 3000 - 6000V, pulse frequency of 100 Hz, radiated interference and the grid pollution (interference) are very strong, and high current AC / DC contactors and relays off fault on the grid will cause surge. Usually the plasma cutting machine arc caused by the computer's internal chaos, can not be normal cutting, the first CNC cutting machine and even require the user to start arc and then start the computer, running the CNC system program. This not only makes the complicated operation, the computer is not fully utilized, but also seriously affect the life of the computer, so the suppression of plasma power interference, reduce the pollution to the power network is the primary problem, specific measures:

(1) is to increase the high frequency arc shield, reduce high-frequency radiation;

(2) improvement of control system of plasma power.
