FAQ
1. Q : What type of protection you have to protect the led display again the vandalism that mean what material you use to protect the led display?
A : In front of the taxi sign, adopting PC to achieve structural waterproofing function. PC is better cover than traditional acrylic sheet; it is characterized in its high toughness, fight strong and high temperature (against UV ray) without deformation. Cabinet are made or Aluminum. Anyway, if some hooligan really wants to destroy it, we can’t stop them.
2. Q : Did the product work in 3G as we need to control it by the 3G network to download the advertising ?
A : We have 3G control. If you want it to have 4G, we also can provide to you.
3. Q : How connect the power to the car and what is the consumption ?
A : 12V DC only, from the screen it will have two cable. Red for positive, black for negative, it will directly connect to the car battery.
4. Q : If the sun directly on it, can you see the advertizing clearly ?
A : Actually we would install a set of abti-reflective board outside the display to ensure great visual effect.
5. Q : What is the maximum angle that you see well the advertizing on the led display ?
A : Adopting 3 in 1 SMD, wider viewing angle allows customer see it H/V 140/140 degree.
6. Q : Can you see in real time the position of the LED DISPLAY in the country ?
A : Yes, with GPS it offer synchro-clock.
7. Q : As the country as far, we want to know what type of proposal maintenance you can propose as we will make it our own self locally as we can't ship back the product ?
A : Firstly we would suggest you to purchase some spare parts in case the problems happen. Secondly you can send your engineer to come our factory for free training. Our engineer will teach you how to do daily maintenance. Or when the time you start to install the sign, we can send engineer to your site to help you and do training for your engineer.
