1 This punch is mainly used for cutting FPC and PCB rigid board products with molds, which can avoid PCB tin cracks, cracks and burrs caused by manual folding, cutting, pliers and other methods.

2 The punching speed, punching pressure and punching time can be adjusted according to different products or molds.

3 It is convenient to replace the mold, and the touch screen is equipped with a special password button for mold change, which is safe to operate.

4 The lower mold can move longitudinally, which is convenient for picking and placing products and ensuring personal safety.

5 The two-handed button is used for synchronization (within 1 second) to control, eliminating human-made safety hazards.

6 The punching machine has a safety door, which cannot be started when the safety door is not installed to prevent accidents caused by negligent operation.

7 The punch is equipped with optical eyes. During the working process, when the optical eyes sense a hand or other objects, the machine stops. At this time, the machine cannot be started by pressing the two-hand system. The machine cannot resume normal use until the hand or other objects are removed. Ensure safe operation.

8 The press uses clean air source, no oil, low power, low noise, energy saving and environmental protection, convenient maintenance, fast speed and stable output.

9 The operation mode can be either manual or automatic. The computer count is combined with the program, and the daily output and total output are recorded at the same time, which is convenient for statistics, accurate counting and high efficiency.

10 Power uses pneumatic technology, one air compressor can work for multiple punch presses at the same time, and the cost of normal use and later maintenance is lower than other types of punch presses.
