Description:

WEEM 1126-31 Floor sanding discs use sharp silicon carbide product, with heavy duty backing Y-weight polyester product to make into disc size: 7" x 7/8"(178mm Diameter by a 22mm Hole in the center).

We have selected premium silicon carbide gain using resin on resin bond, coated on strong, heavy Y weight waterproof polyester backing make into WEEM 1126 Floor Sanding Abrasive. The Y weight waterproof Polyester backing providing strong toughness and strength supported during sanding. We use this material make into WEEM 1126-31 Floor sanding discs.

WEEM 1126-31 Floor sanding discs fit for portable hand-held edge sander for working on the perimeter of the room, sand areas on a floor where the drum/belt sander does not reach. It has been proven to be best choice for floor sanding use.

The premium silicon carbide grain use on WEEM 1126-31 Floor Sanding disc is very sharp and durable. Silicon carbide (SiC) is a very hard and crystal structure produces a fine straight edged grind lines. It provided a fast cut with excellent finish removal and resistance to loading. SiC is idea for floor sanding.

WEEM 1126-31 7" x 7/8" Floor sanding disc use close coated technique and Anti-static treatment. A closed coat product has a higher number of abrasive cutting points per square inch and results in higher stock removal rate and longer time before the abrasive wears out. Normally results in a better finish. Anti-static treatment can help reduce or prevent clone during sanding.
