Description :

Air shower tunnel is a related equipment for clean workshop and clean room, which not only removes
dust from the surface of people and goods, but also plays as a role of air lock valve to
prevent unpurified air from flowing into the clean area. It can be used with all supporting
clean room and clean workshop.

Principle :

Airshower tunnel air is supplied by the fan, flowing into the sir plenum chamber via low efficiency filter, and then filtered through high efficiency filter. The clean air comes out from the air shower nozzles (nozzle
angle can be adjusted), which can effectively remove people and belongings attached dust. The dust will flow back into the low efficiency air filters with air streams. The cycle achieves the purpose of air shower tunnel .

Factory test:

All of equipment is individually factory tested for safety and performance

in accordance with international Standards. Each unit is shipped with a documentation outlining the tests undertaken and the units individual results for each unit.

Factory test include:

-- functional test and visual inspection

-- electrical safety tests

-- air velocity testing

-- purification rank test (if need)

Warranty:

Our equipment is warranty for 1 year excluding consumable parts and accessories.

All equipment is shipped with a comprehensive use’s manual complete with a report documenting all test procedures.
